The IMA Group provides insurance, efficacy information, practice development assistance, Internet presence, lobbying, and natural healing products to its membership of natural care providers. Membership development and services are primarily conducted on the Internet.

Merchants may participate in the IMA Group’s XTRA Merchants Association. Benefits include access to medical insurance, Xtra Club Card Program, Group Purchasing, e-Commerce, User Groups, Community Outreach Programs, and Best Practice Development.
